  American Exchange, a Chattanooga TN based company, that provides Medical Billing, TPA, and Insurance brokerage services.   We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Content   Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote position.

  Expectations:

  •   Compelling writer / creative type, craft the best collateral and associated content
  •   Research content focus – Health \ Benefits Insurance \ Public Health
  •   Health Insurance – Medicare Medicaid Individual Health coverage enrollment
  •   Health Insurance Enrollment – Assessments – Medicare, Medicaid,  Individual Health   coverage
  •   Promoting the product to our  – health plan prospects and customers,
  •   Nurturing the long-term success of the platform.
  •   Creating and executing a marketing plan to drive rapid growth and user adoption.
  •   Strategic thinker – Tactical execution
  •   Ability to juggle multiple streams of work
  •   Cross-functionally across multiple departments
  •   Report to Product Marketing Mgt and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service

  Job Responsibilities

  • Research – State by State – Health \ Benefits Insurance,  Public Health
  • Content creation – unique
  • Ensuring we have the right mix of content and channels to drive adoption
  • produce collateral \ content determine gaps
  • Conduct market research to develop impactful insights to inform strategy
  • Deliver relevant recommendations to grow product adoption and satisfaction
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between Marketing and the Product, Sales, Engineering and Analytics teams to identify what works, what doesn’t, and test new approaches
  • Evaluate product feature and marketing program impact on customer adoption using analytics, relevant metrics and user feedback
  • Track our customers’ journeys and value propositions by partnering closely with sales, conducting user interviews, and tracking usage

  Job Qualifications

  •   Experience in marketing healthcare Insurance Public Sector
  •   Self-directed, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  •   Creative approach to marketing tactics and implementation of the strategy
  •   Demonstrated experience marketing to/writing for an executive audience and multiple persona groups –
  •   Simplifying complex concepts and focusing on value
  •   Analytical skills to interpret the data and report on campaign performance (Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
  •   Strength in navigating complex projects, especially adapting and pivoting priorities analyze to improve the process
  •   Ability to understand technical details and bridge the gap between Marketing and Product
  •   5-10 years of relevant experience with excellent references and examples of your work

  Preferred Qualifications

  •   Experience working in Marketing Research \ Product Marketing
  •   Experience on WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite
  •   Experience in B2B and B2C and preferably Healthcare, Insurance, Public Sector   Marketing
  •   Project management expertise
  •   Experience with data analysis
  •   Experience with digital content marketing, social media, and marketing automation campaigns
  •   Advanced Google – Mail, Sheets – Advanced Microsoft – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
